Vladi and Nektarios revisit the recent conversations they’ve had on the podcast about neurodiversity. They reflect on the episodes with Nick Cavuoto and Sam Handfield-Jones, as well as Nektarios’ recent dinner with Dr. Michael Freeman where they discussed neurodiversity and entrepreneurship. They also talk about an upcoming episode that continues to explore the topic; recognising people’s needs in a working environment, and how we can adjust. They bring this all back to self-reflection and self-awareness, and whether we really know ourselves enough. Do we place too much on diagnostic ‘labels’ and let those labels - the words - define us?
